They upgraded me to a spotless room with a lovely view of the mountains. The food was lovely - I really enjoyed it. The location was great and handy, enough to check out the beautiful coast line. Pleasant and exceptional staff did a great job.

Overall it was a great stay for 2 nights. The staff was absolutely kind, accommodating all the time. Stayed in queen studio which was perfect for me. The location was marvellous, comfortable close to lobster Inn pub with easy access to supermarkets and shops.

The hotel was located close to takeaway/food places. The room was large & functional, with basic cooking facilities provided. The venue had a wonderful location a couple of blocks away from Emporium Brewing.

My room was well-appointed and nice cozy thanks to the very amiable staff. Loved my rooms with good views. The setting of hotel was handy, close to the tavern. The meal served at the attached restaurant was outstanding. Its service was good.

In general the service was excellent! The location in a nice area was marvellous and perfect and there were a supermarket and shops nearby.

Reasonably priced pleasant hotel. Large queen studio, comfy beds. Large bathroom with a roll-in shower. Marvellous position adjacent to the Tavern. Near the best restaurant, public transport into Kaikoura, and Lobster Inn which was lively and had good food...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this venue. As soon as we arrived, the staff were welcoming, warm and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and had a great view towards the mountains. We were pleased to find that this hotel is located right on the main street, which made our travels that much easier. The facilities, such as the on-site restaurant, picnic area, and free parking, really added to our experience and made us feel quite at home. Another nice touch was the staff accommodating our request for an early check-in, making our arrival smooth and stress-free.

We would recommend this hotel to all. It had everything we needed and more, and the staff were lovely and welcoming.

Room and facilities is very good for the price. It is locate close to a supermarket.

This place is a great option for exploring the area, as it is conveniently located downtown and within walking distance to everything. The bathroom was nice with a hairdryer, walk-in shower, and fresh towels.

The children (7 and9) were not permitted to go into the pool as it was covered and owner said it was to stay that way for the pool to be warm for the next day. The pool was one of the reasons why we chose to stay at this complex.
